Hot Air Balloon events are colorful and a great opportunity

not only for still photography but also for timelapse and video.

Then join me for 2 days in Windsor, CA, in the vine country to learn how to capture unique images and learn timelapse photography.

Hot Air Balloon Festival Schedule

Saturday and Sunday, June 14 & 15:

5am Dawn Patrol

6:30-am Launch of ~30 hot air balloons

6:30 – 11am Food and crafts at the Kaiser Community Park.

*Please note that most ballooning activities take place early in the morning. Once the balloons launch, there will be tethered balloons on site, but times for tethers are dependent on wind conditions.

Saturday Afternoon: Image editing and timelapse tutorial

Workshops concludes Sunday at noon.

Specifics:

Workshop fees: 250.- [Single supplement: 70.-];

Group: max 6 photographers

Accommodations included: Fri-Sun June 13-15, shared rooms in 2 bedroom/2 bathroom condos with each having full kitchen in Windsor – close to the Kaiser Community Park where the event takes place.

What's Included:

Help with your camera gear, review of histogram and its information to create accurate exposure; help with using aperture or shutter priority, automatic or manual settings, one-on-one help with equipment and photography techniques.

Plus 2 night accommodations in shared rooms [June 13-15].

Excludes: transportation and meals.
